Facility Demolition – Lake District
The Building demolished was a country retreat / rehabilitation centre in the middle of the Lake District. The property was bought by Crowther Homes to redevelop into luxury apartments. Due to its position careful planning was necessary taking into consideration the local residents and the surrounding area (which is designated as one of outstanding natural beauty). The site was cleared to the original ground ready for redevelopment.
