At Ashworth Demolition all employees are trained to the highest standard in their jobs to ensure that our sites are as safe as possible. We have Constructionline recognition due to our highly trained staff and exceptional safety record. All operatives, including Managers, Supervisors, Operatives, Plant Operatives etc are fully trained by the CITB and hold certificates of competence for their designated operation.

Health and safety training is an on going operation in our company with all employees being updated with new legislation as well as updating their certificates of competence. The Company has a very good safety record and an extremely good relationship with the H.S.E. We have had no dangerous occurrences or major reportable accidents in our many years of business. All our plant equipment is rigorously inspected at designated intervals and all carry test certificates. Operators have to record all weekly inspections and findings.
